Bernie Ryan’s association with Real Estate spans over 40 years. Gaining his registration whilst he made his name as a jockey, riding most of the major race winners in WA which included winning the 1968 and 1977 Perth Cup. Retiring from riding in 1989, but gaining the trust of the racing industry, he continued to work in Real Estate for the last 30 years specialising in Ascot, Belmont, Redcliffe and Rivervale areas.
